Roasting and processing time

Coffee is roasted fresh to order. Orders usually ship within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed Friday evening or on the weekend ship the following week, on Monday.

Shipping rates

• 1 bag: $8.00 flat-rate shipping.
• 2 or more bags: free shipping, with or without a discount code.

Delivery times

After your order ships, allow for carrier transit time, usually a few business days within the US. Exact delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Damaged bags

If a bag arrives damaged, we will replace it. Email javageniusllc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged bag, and we'll make it right.

Returns

Because coffee is roasted after you order, bags cannot be returned once roasted. If there's a problem with your order, contact us and we'll make it right.
