Cancellation policy

Orders are roasted after they are placed. Email javageniusllc@gmail.com to cancel before roasting begins. Once a bag is roasted, it cannot be canceled.

If a repeating order is offered later, you can cancel any time before the next bag is roasted by emailing that same address. Canceling stops future bags. It does not cancel a bag that has already been roasted.
